As your single point of contact, we can assure you of unparalleled service quality to help you contain costs, coordinate resources and equipment, and ensure timely project completion.

If you need a Construction and Design Partner, Complex Project is the only option.

By working hand in hand with your design team, general contractor, subcontractors, and vendors, Vertiv Project Manager and team ensure your new facility meets your needs from day one

Intermediate
When your requirements are going from Installation, to Start-Up and Site Acceptance Testing, with increasing number of pieces of equipment involved, project complexity is increasing.

A professional Project Manager can reduce or eliminate complexities to make sure that solutions are delivered on time, with quality and within cost budgets.

This is what you will achieve with Intermediate Project.

Basic
When your requirements are limited to Installation and Start-Up activities and a limited number of pieces of equipment are involved, Basic Project is the preferred option.

A dedicated Project Manager will ensure time and cost requirements are met limiting change orders, costly delays, and rework.

Initiating
As soon as Vertiv offer is accepted and a PO is issued, a dedicated Project Manager is assigned to the project, and they will prepare all Project Initiation documents to ensure all specifications, inclusions and exclusions are clear.

Where applicable, Stakeholders are identified and tracked in a Stakeholder register.

Planning
The Planning phase develops the project management plan and the project documents that will be used to carry out the project.

A complete Work Breakdown is created, and all external partners/subcontractors identified and engaged.

A Professional Project Manager will make sure all Roles and Responsibilities are clear and understood, all Risks are identified and assessed, Health and Safety are also evaluated and assessed, and all possible improvements are pointed out.

Executing
The Executing Phase consists of all activities performed to complete the work defined in the project management plan to satisfy the project specifications.

The Project Manager coordinates people and resources, manages stakeholder expectations and ensures all planned activities are integrated and performed in accordance with the project management plan.

Risks are continuously reassessed to implement counter-measures.

Health and Safety are managed to ensure compliance with standards and possibly enhance personnel safety.

Monitoring and Controlling
The Monitoring and Controlling phase consists of those activities required to track, review, and orchestrate the progress and performance of the project; identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required; and initiate the corresponding changes.

The key benefit of having a dedicated Project Manager is that they constantly measure and analyze project performance to identify variances from the project management plan and regularly report project status to Customer.

Closing
The Closing Phase consists of those activities required to formally close the project.

The Project Manager will ensure the Customer formally accepts all project deliverables and ensures smooth transition from Project Team
to Operations.

Lessons learned are collected and shared with the project team.
